This User Recharge Agreement governs the purchase of in-app currency ("Poppo Coins") and virtual items on the Poppo Live platform.
You may purchase Poppo Coins through our in-app purchase system. All purchases are processed through authorised payment providers. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available.
All purchases of Poppo Coins are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for partially used coin balances.
Poppo Coins do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, if your account is terminated for violations of our Terms of Service, any remaining coin balance will be forfeited.
You may not sell, transfer, or exchange Poppo Coins outside of the platform. Any attempt to do so may result in account termination.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to change the price of Poppo Coins at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance through the platform.
